AT&T today officially announced the exclusive availability of new red and white versions of the BlackBerry Torch 9800 QWERTY cell phone. And the phone will be avaialbe on November 7. In addition, some Windows Phone 7 smartphones from HTC, LG and Samsung will come soon and they will be retailed at $199.99. Good news.
