Sony Ericsson’s first Android phone, Xperia X3 Rachael, will launch in January 2010. And the Xperia X3 is a high-end smartphone and it features 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 4 inches touchscreen display with 800 x 400 pixels, 8MP autofocus camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3.5mm headset jack, maybe run on new Android 1.6 Donut.

Today LG’s first Android Phone GW620 (aka Etna) officially released. The phone features a slide-out full QWERTY keypad and a 3-inch touchscreen. And the new GW620 will support social networking. “The LG-GW620 will appeal to first-time smartphone customers by offering a new and different kind of user experience.” said by Dr. Skott Ahn, President and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile.
And the GW620 android phone will be available in Q4 2009, and only in “select European markets”.
In addition, LG will introduce a minimum of 13 new smartphones over the next 16 months that utilize Microsoft’s Windows Mobile 6.5.
